Christmas is just around the corner. But everything changes one winter night when an unexpected visitor arrives at the Sullivan's door seeking shelter. A stray dog is the last thing Harry needs - with seven daughters to care for there is simply no room in his life for another mouth to feed. As Harry's sorrow-hardened heart begins to soften he learns a life-changing lesson; there is always room for the lost and lonely especially at Christmas time.
