Mee joo is a little girl from the Ahka hill tribe community in Thailand's most northern region. The Ahkas are still a self-sustaining community. A youthful NGO arrives at her village to build a small community TV station. All programming is to be about the village with the NGO planning ultimately to have the villagers produce their programs. The little girl is interested but there is a bit of commotion.
