The film shows perplexed Periera’s quest to find out the mystery behind the disappearance of his beloved fish.

Sink (1999)
Sink is set in Tomioka’s brightly coloured yet worn and grubby surreal world, where on this occasion we see commuter trains packed with deep sea divers reading pornography. Sealed off behind their protective shells from any real human contact, the commuters are clearly inspired by Tomioka’s experiences on Tokyo’s underground but perhaps represent everyone who shuts themselves away behind iPods, computers and books, afraid of real face-to-face human interaction.
The Bedroom (1990)
In an empty room, a chair and an easel appear. One by one, paintings and drawings are composed on the easel, slip off, and slide up the walls. Coats and a coat rack appear. Then a bed comes up from the floor. A mattress materializes, a bedspread and pillows, too. Other features of the room appear. By the end, it's a bedroom at Arles, as painted by Vincent Van Gogh.

Luckily for Max, he soon catches a break when he meets Rooster, a gruff farm dog who tries to cure the lovable pooch of his neuroses.

Rejuvenating Apples (1974)
