The day after their 15th anniversary, a couple, Michael and Janet are preparing for a meal with guests: long time friends, Muriel and Brian. For years the 4 have come together weekly for a quiet, Sunday afternoon meal. The dynamics of the meal change when the 2 couples are joined by an unexpected guest, Brian's young female employee, Erin.
